RevenueFlex GAM Reporting

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of RevenueFlex GAM Reporting (the "Application"), operated by RevenueFlex ("we", "us") at appmanager.revenueflex.com, and of these informational pages at revenueflex.com/gam-reporting/. By signing in to the Application, authorizing it to access a Google Ad Manager network, or using these pages, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Application

The Application has two parts, both described in more detail on the overview page:

2. Who may use it

Access to the operations application is limited to:

The public service is open to anyone who holds a Google account with access to a Google Ad Manager network. It is provided free of charge. Signing in with Google creates an account on the service; you may connect further Google accounts to it, each through its own Google consent, and disconnect any of them or delete the whole account yourself at any time from the account page. A Google account can be connected to one service account only.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the network you connect. By authorizing the Application on a network, you confirm that you are entitled to grant such access on behalf of its owner. The public service can only do in a network what your own Google account is allowed to do there; it grants no rights you do not already hold in Ad Manager.

3. Google Ad Manager and Google's terms

The Application uses Google APIs and is subject to Google's terms, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Your use of Google Ad Manager itself remains governed by your agreement with Google. Nothing in these Terms modifies your relationship with Google, and RevenueFlex is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google, Google Ad Manager and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.

4. Authorization and revocation

Access to a network is granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow and may be withdrawn at any time from your Google Account (Third-party apps & services) or by writing to info@revenueflex.com. Users of the public service may also disconnect their Google access or delete their account from the account page. Revocation ends the Application's ability to make further API calls on that network; how data already obtained is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

4a. API keys and capabilities (public service)

On the public service you may create API keys, each with a name, an expiry date of at most one year — or no expiry at all, in which case the key stays valid until you revoke it — and a set of capabilities chosen at creation — catalogue reports, saved reports, inventory read, inventory write, MCM read, MCM write. A key is shown once and is stored only as a hash; we cannot recover it for you. A key can do only what its capabilities allow, in the network it was pinned to at creation or, if it was not pinned, the network the call names (or, for reports, all of them) — always one of the networks a Google account you connected can see; there is no default network, and a call that names none is refused unless your accounts see a single network. A key cannot create or revoke keys, connect or disconnect Google accounts or delete your account; it can ask Google to refresh the access of your connected accounts.

You are responsible for every request made with your keys and for every change made in your network through them or through the page, including keeping keys secret, giving each key only the capabilities its use needs, revoking keys you no longer need or that may have leaked, and reviewing the download log and change log on your account page. A change accepted by Ad Manager on your request is your change; the Application does not undo it on its own. It records, with each ad unit or placement change, the state the object had just before, so that you can reverse the change from the change log (on the page or through the API) — a reversal is itself a change you asked for. A creation is reversed by archiving. Ad units and placements can be archived but the Application deletes nothing in a network.

To keep the service usable for everyone, each account may have a limited number of report jobs open at a time and a limited number of downloads per day; the current limits are stated on the API reference. We may lower them, or suspend an account, if its use degrades the service for others.

5. Publisher agreement takes precedence

Where the Application is used to manage a publisher's inventory, the commercial terms — revenue share, payment, reporting obligations, the scope of what RevenueFlex may create in the network, and termination — are set by the publisher agreement between that publisher and RevenueFlex. In case of conflict between these Terms and a publisher agreement, the publisher agreement prevails for that publisher.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Data

How the Application accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes data obtained through Google APIs is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You retain all rights in your network's data. You grant RevenueFlex the right to access and process that data solely as needed to provide the services described in Section 1 and, where one exists, in your publisher agreement. On the public service, report content is streamed to you and never stored; what is kept is described in the Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality. Data obtained from your Ad Manager network through the Application — report content, inventory and configuration data, and the identity of your network and accounts — is your confidential information. RevenueFlex will not disclose it to any third party, will not combine it with the data of other users of the service, will not publish aggregate statistics derived from it, and will use it only to perform the request you made. Each user's data is kept separate from every other user's and reachable only with that user's own session or API keys. This duty survives the deletion of your account for anything obtained before it.

8. Changes made in Ad Manager

The operations application may create ad units and placements in a managed network. They are created under the authority of the publisher agreement and the OAuth authorization you granted, and each one is recorded and reported to the publisher. You are responsible for reviewing the reports you receive and for telling us promptly of anything you did not expect.

The public service makes changes in a network only when you ask for them — on the page, or with an API key holding the matching write capability — and never on its own. Each change is made with your own Ad Manager rights and recorded in your change log, together with what would reverse it; a reversal you ask for is made and recorded the same way. You are responsible for those changes and reversals, including their effect on ad serving, pricing and any agreements with your own partners or child publishers. The Application does not delete ad units, placements or companies in any network.

9. Intellectual property

The Application, these pages and their content are owned by RevenueFlex and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to use RevenueFlex's names, logos or software except as needed to use the Application as permitted here.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Application available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and may suspend an account or authorization that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or Google's policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Application and these pages are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reporting figures shown in the Application are derived from Google Ad Manager reports and may be revised by Google; the figures that bind RevenueFlex and a publisher are those defined in the publisher agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevenueFlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Application or these Terms. RevenueFlex's total liability for any claim relating to the Application is limited to the amounts, if any, payable to you under your publisher agreement for the month in which the claim arose; for users of the free public service, who pay nothing, that amount is zero. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RevenueFlex against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from your authorizing the Application on a network you were not entitled to administer.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Application and revoke its authorization at any time; users of the public service may delete their account, with its keys and logs, from the account page, and API keys expire on their own on the date set at creation (a key created without an expiry lasts until it is revoked or the account is deleted). We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these Terms, as provided in your publisher agreement, or — for the public service — if we discontinue it. Sections 7 and 9 to 16 survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and — where a publisher agreement exists — by the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of that agreement.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
